Content Policy

InFuudie is a food-first social platform built on authenticity, respect, and community. This Content Policy outlines what is and isn't allowed on InFuudie. By using the platform, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
1. Be Authentic
- Post only food content that you have personally photographed or created
- Do not post stock photos, AI-generated food images, or content stolen from other users or platforms
- Captions and reviews should reflect your honest experience — do not post fake reviews for payment or favors
- Do not impersonate other users, brands, or restaurants
2. Keep It Food-Focused
- InFuudie is about food. Posts should be related to food, dining, recipes, restaurants, or the culinary experience
- Off-topic content (politics, unrelated selfies, memes) may be removed without notice
- Restaurant and brand profiles should only share content relevant to their food and dining offerings
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately:
- Nudity and sexual content — No explicit, suggestive, or pornographic material
- Violence and graphic content — No depictions of violence, gore, or animal cruelty
- Hate speech — No content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Harassment and bullying — No targeted abuse, threats, intimidation, or doxxing of other users
- Dangerous misinformation — No content promoting dangerous health claims, harmful dietary advice, or medical misinformation
- Spam and manipulation — No repetitive posting, bot activity, or coordinated inauthentic behavior to inflate engagement or $Points
- Illegal activity — No content promoting or facilitating illegal acts
- Private information — Do not share others' personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial details) without consent
4. Respectful Interactions
- Constructive criticism of food and restaurants is welcome; personal attacks on chefs, staff, or other users are not
- Comments should be relevant to the post — avoid spam, self-promotion, or off-topic replies
- Respect cultural differences in food traditions and dietary choices
- Do not leave intentionally misleading reviews to harm a restaurant's reputation
5. $Points System Integrity
- Do not create fake accounts to earn extra $Points
- Do not post low-quality or duplicate content solely to farm $Points
- Do not collude with other users to artificially inflate yummies, comments, or engagement
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the $Points system will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all $Points
6. Brand and Restaurant Guidelines
- Brands must not use InFuudie to spam users with unsolicited promotions
- Experience listings must be accurate — do not mislead fuudies about compensation, expectations, or requirements
- Brands may not incentivize users to leave positive reviews in exchange for rewards outside the platform
7. Reporting and Enforcement
If you see content that violates this policy, use the Report button on any post or profile. Our team reviews all reports and takes action within 48 hours. Actions may include:
- Content removal
- Warning to the user
- Temporary suspension (1–30 days depending on severity)
- Permanent account ban for severe or repeated violations
You can also block users whose content you don't want to see. Blocked users cannot view your profile or interact with your content.
8. Appeals
If your content was removed or your account was suspended and you believe it was in error, contact us at appeals@qubelabs.org with your account details and an explanation. We will review your appeal within 7 business days.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Content Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of InFuudie after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
