Welcome to InFuudie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InFuudie application and services operated by Qübe Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using InFuudie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use InFuudie. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:
InFuudie allows you to post food photos, captions, reviews, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Qübe Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the InFuudie platform and related Qübe Labs services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:
We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We provide tools for users to report content they believe violates these Terms. Reported content will be reviewed and acted upon promptly.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
InFuudie's $Points system rewards meaningful contributions to the platform. You understand and agree that:
InFuudie provides a marketplace connecting Fuudies and brands for food experiences. We facilitate these connections but are not a party to agreements between users and brands. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or fulfillment of any experience listed on the platform. Any dispute between a Fuudie and a brand must be resolved between those parties directly.
InFuudie uses AI to estimate nutritional information from food photos you post. These estimates are for informational purposes only and are not medical advice. Do not rely on InFuudie's nutrition data to make medical or dietary decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical guidance.
The InFuudie name, logo, design, and all platform content created by Qübe Labs LLC are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account within the app. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, posts, comments, nutrition data, and $Points balance. This action is irreversible. Some content (such as comments on other users' posts) may remain visible in anonymized form.
InFuudie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qübe Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qübe Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of InFuudie. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $50 if you have made no payments).
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of InFuudie after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
